Daxxan is the sister world to Velor. It is in the same system and also has a gold core although a much smaller one. This allows the Velorians to feel a greater freedom. It is also home to the Institute of Scribes. The Institute is where Scribes are taught and retired ones often teach there. All reports come to the Institute first. These are then shared with the High Council and the Hall of Protectors. The moon of Daxxan is called Atlantea.
